Reparaturservice

Repair service

Some of our shoes are handmade and made from high-quality materials. Therefore, for sustainability reasons, it makes sense to give your favorite shoes a second life.

We take our environmental responsibility seriously and therefore offer repairs under the following conditions:

The upper material is still in good condition.

The shoes have not already been resoled one or more times.

There is no technical damage, such as a defective heel area.

Info

Repairs and orthopedic modifications are not carried out on our premises. If you do not have a local shoemaker who can perform this work, your request will be forwarded via the following form to a long-standing trusted partner of ours. They will then contact you directly.

Verständnis der Hydrolyse

Understanding hydrolysis

When your shoe sole begins to detach or crumble, the material has reached the end of its service life. This natural aging process is called hydrolysis. It occurs when moisture in the air slowly breaks down the sole material over time.
