  • Your tasks:

    • You are responsible for logging, analyzing, and resolving software and hardware issues (Office 365 / Windows 11)
    • Provisioning IT hardware, including software installation (PC and network configuration)
    • Providing employee support (Microsoft 365)
    • Documenting completed tasks in the internal ticketing system

  • Your profile:

    • Completed training as an IT specialist or several years of professional experience in user support
    • Good knowledge of client environments (hardware and software)
    • Initial experience in network technology is desirable
    • High initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach
