Find your shoe size in 3 steps.

Measure your foot:
Stand on a sheet of paper in your socks, trace around both feet, and measure the length from your longest toe to your heel. Compare the measurement with the table, using the larger foot as your guide.

Choose a size:
BÄR uses international sizes. If you only know your German size, simply find the corresponding size in the table. If you are between sizes, please choose the larger one.

Choose a fit:
Every foot is different—which is why BÄR offers three fits for optimum comfort:
Natural: regular to wide
Comfort Plus: very sturdy, extra wide
Comfort: regular to sturdy
