MICAM Milano trade fair
The international specialist footwear trade fair MICAM Milano is one of the largest footwear fairs in the world. More than 1,500 exhibitors present the latest trends and collections here twice a year, each time before the start of the summer and winter seasons. BÄR will also be exhibiting at MICAM, which is taking place this year at the Fiera Milano exhibition centre in Rho, Milan.

Introducing Alessandra and Silvio: What are your areas of responsibility?
Alessandra:
"I work in retail management and am responsible for store operators throughout Germany. We have 23 stores across Germany, which contact us when problems arise or questions come up. I am also involved in merchandise distribution and omnichannel operations."
Silvio:
"My responsibilities include sales, export and the expansion of the BÄR brand. I am the Head of Key Account Management here. In addition, I am also responsible for setting up the MICAM trade fair in Milan."
Why did you choose the MICAM trade fair?
Silvio:
"The MICAM trade fair is one of the largest international shoe fairs in the world. We hope to make international contacts here, especially in Asia, America and Europe. We want people all over the world to feel comfortable in our comfortable shoes. From head to toe."
What is special about BÄR shoes?
Silvio:
"The wide fit makes our BÄR shoes so special. Toe freedom, zero heels and flexibility are part of our principles."
Alessandra:
"And they are stylish too!"
Which shoes will be exhibited?
Alessandra:
"We will present the Autumn/Winter 2022 collection, with new colours and the highest-quality leather."
Silvio:
"Very importantly, we are also presenting the new crepe soles, which will feature on some of our shoes this autumn and winter."
Where can you find us at the MICAM trade fair?
Silvio:
"This year, you will find us in Hall 5 at Stand B12. We also have a larger exhibition stand this year, measuring approximately 16 square metres, with a new layout. Let yourselves be surprised!"
Alessandra:
"We would be really delighted to see many visitors at our stand."
Silvio:
"Our motto is “Be free.” Come to our stand and try on our shoes. Get to know the special feeling of BÄR shoes with us."
Alessandra:
