Find your shoe size in 3 steps.

Measure your foot:

Stand on a sheet of paper in your socks, trace around both feet, and measure the length from your longest toe to your heel. Compare the measurement with the table, using the larger foot as your guide.

Choose a size:

BÄR uses international sizes. If you only know your German size, simply find the corresponding size in the table. If you are between sizes, please choose the larger one.

Product information "recoverToes 2.0"

Speed up your recovery! Whether you run a lot, play soccer, tennis, basketball, or participate in other sports, the recoverToes 2.0 relaxes your foot after intense exertion with every step.

The lightweight recovery slide made of softly cushioning EVA foam reduces pressure on the forefoot and heel by gently supporting the transverse arch and relieving the metatarsal bones. Like braces for the toes, the soft ToeRite® toe separator slowly and continuously supports a straight position of the big toe.

This corrects the negative influence of conventionally shaped shoes, which deform the straight position of the big toe with their narrow toe box. An exchangeable hook-and-loop fastener ensures a perfect, individually adjustable fit. We designed the ToeRite® toe separator in such a way, and with such strength, that it has a positive structural effect on the big toe with every step.
